-Commission payments will only be made for legitimate, verified sales.

-Lou Square reserves the right to adjust commission percentages at any time with notice to affiliates.

-Affiliates can earn a $10 discount on their next order when a new customer makes a purchase using the affiliate’s unique referral link, while the referred customer receives a 20% discount on their first order.

-Referral rewards are only valid on qualifying orders made through the affiliate link and are subject to change or cancellation by Lou Square.

-The affiliate link uses cookies to track referrals.

-The cookie duration is 30 days, meaning if a referred user makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking the link, the affiliate will receive credit for the sale.

-Commission payments are processed monthly or according to the schedule specified by Lou Square, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold of $50.

-Payments are made via store credit.

-Affiliates are responsible for any taxes related to commission earnings.

-Affiliates must not engage in spam, false advertising, or misleading claims.

-Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Lou Square-branded keywords in pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns or using unauthorized coupon codes.

-Any attempts to manipulate or exploit the affiliate program will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of pending commissions.

-Affiliates are granted limited use of Lou Square trademarks, logos, and banners solely for the purpose of promoting Lou Square.

-Affiliates must not modify, alter, or misrepresent Lou Square’s brand assets in any way.

-Lou Square reserves the right to revoke an affiliate’s use of its intellectual property at any time.

-Lou Square reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, inactive participation, or misuse of the affiliate program.

-Affiliates may also choose to terminate their participation in the program at any time by contacting Lou Square.

-Any changes to commission rates, terms, or program structure will be communicated to affiliates via email or the affiliate dashboard.

Lou Square is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from participation in the affiliate program. Lou Square makes no express or implied warranties regarding the affiliate program, including but not limited to the guarantee of earnings.
