Refund Policy

We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases from us. We understand that sometimes you may receive a product that is defective, damaged or simply not what you expected. That's why we have created a refund policy that is easy to understand and customer-friendly.

 

Our 3-day refund policy means that you have 3 days after receiving your item to request refund if the product is defective. We ask that you please check all devices upon receipt of your order if you ordered more than one product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

 

If you need to start a refund, you can contact us at hi@lousquare.com and we will guide you through the process. We may ask you to send us videos and photos showing the damage of the vape and to provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

If your refund is accepted, we will give you coupon for the amount of the damaged vape that you can use on your next purchase. We will also notify you once we have received and inspected your case, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

 

In addition, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and will do everything we can to make it right.

 

In the event that your order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, we will promptly reach out to you. Should there be no resolution within 10 business days, a gift card equivalent to the order amount will be sent to you by mail as compensation.

 

Lastly, if you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
